Weeping Blue Atlas Cedar
A very striking tree with glaucous blue-green foliage, which is often planted as a specimen tree in lawns. In a big border, the blue coloration teams especially well with red and orange heather foliage in a garden on acid soil, or with autumn foliage tints or the winter stems of dogwoods. However, in all but the very largest gardens this tree will become too large in time, so regard it as a temporary resident to be removed when it outgrows its space after perhaps 10-15 years.
