Our premium quality trees are container grown by specialist growers and ‘hand clipped’ (so no
unsightly torn leaves) to give the perfect shape. Being evergreen they are attractive all year
round and will reward with clusters of greenish-yellow flowers from March to May.

Bay Trees as best known today for their fragrant and flavoursome leaves which are often
used in cooking and form the essential part of the ‘bouquet garni’ to add that unique flavour to
soups, stews and casseroles.
A little known belief about the Bay Tree is that having one close to the house will offer both

Garden care: Keep well-watered during the growing season and feed with a slow-
release fertilizer. Clip established plants lightly twice during the summer months to retain a
balanced shape. Dependant on the site of your Bay Tree, you may need to offer protection from
cold winds and frost during the winter months.
