Getting it to you

Delivery

Plants are living things, not parcels. Here is how yours gets to you.

1. Send us your list

Add what you like to your list as you browse and send it over with your postcode. Nothing is charged at that point.

2. We price it properly

We come back with the plants, the delivery cost for your postcode and when we can get it there. Delivery depends on size and distance, so we quote it rather than guess.

3. Hand-packed and away

Everything is packed by hand so it arrives as it left us. Orders go out from our dispatch centre in Ince.

What to expect

  • We deliver across the UK. Larger specimens and instant hedging travel differently to a single potted ball, which is why we price each delivery on its own.
  • Someone needs to be there. Plants should not sit on a drive in the sun or the frost. We will agree a day with you first.
  • Check it when it lands. If anything is not as it should be, ring us the same day on 01257 826560 and we will put it right.
  • Collection by arrangement. If you would rather collect, ring first so we have it lifted and ready.

Planting as well

Our own crews plant across the North West. If you would like the hedge or the specimens put in properly, say so when you send your list and we will quote for the planting alongside the plants.

Root-balled stock

Root-balled plants are lifted fresh between October and March. Outside that window we can reserve what you want and lift it as soon as the season opens, rather than sell you something that will struggle.
